This is Anarky from the end of Fabian Neciesa Robin series. Still one of the best comic book runs out there. This version of Anarky was pretty sinister, and I loved the gold/black juxtaposition.

Anarky was made from a yellow lantern Scarecrow base, ML Zemo cuffs with Question hands, Batman cape, sculpted chest, belt, and collar, fodder shoulder pads, the pink Apocalypse guy’s hood with a Manhunter face grafted in, and finished with a metallic gold and black shaded paint job. Enjoy!
