Hugo Strange Arkham Asylum

Hugo Strange is a creepy dude. Here is is in his Arkham Asylum digs, complete with rubber gloves and gown. Hugo was made from a equally creepy Braniac figure, had to sand the head down and repaint him. Legs are from Nightwing, sculpted his cuffs and beard, and a custom paint job.
